Larry Dale Winters Sr., age 58, resided in Richmond County. Born Jan. 3, 1961 in West Virginia, passed on March 7, 2019.

Son of Harry and Frances Winters, husband of Shirley Winters. Survived by his sons, Larry Dale Winters Jr. and Joseph Blare Winters; brother to Debbie Davidson, Harry Fleming, Elizabeth Carter, Garnet Kanouff, Kelly Whitehair, and Heather Flessner.  

Larry spent over 30 years as a cable lineman for Mathews County, Virginia, and was a well-known face in the community. In his free time, Larry enjoyed restoring and working on cars, loved taking his boat out for some quiet fishing, and spending time with his grandchildren. He was loved and will be missed.  

The family had a private gathering on Sunday and Monday, March 10-11, 2019.
