All courts, county offices, post offices, DMV customer service centers, and school facilities in Gloucester and Mathews will be closed Monday in observance of Labor Day. The E-ZPass office will be closed, as well.

Libraries in both counties will be closed from Saturday through Monday.

Gloucester convenience centers and the landfill will be open for shortened hours, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., on Monday, while the Mathews Transfer Station will be open for regular hours. ABC stores will close at 6 p.m.
