Okie Sidehamer of Newport News will lead a kokedama workshop at 1 p.m. Saturday, July 17, at Brent and Becky’s Bulbs, Gloucester.

Kokedama is a Japanese process that uses live moss to hold a plant’s roots and soil in a compact round shape, a release said.
