The York River Circle of The King’s Daughters and Sons will meet at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Union Hall of Union Baptist Church, Achilles. For its first meeting of the fall season, the York River Circle will have a potluck picnic with hostesses Bessie Berry, Tommy Rowe and Frances Brown. Members are asked to bring a favorite dish and are reminded to bring items for the Salvation Army.
