King’s Daughters

Rita Engle, at left, and Layne Brown of the North River Circle of The King’s Daughters and Sons hold up some of the items the group recently donated to the Mattaponi Healing Eagle Clinic, which provides medical care to members of the Upper Mattaponi Tribe. The North River Circle donated a wide variety of items, including vitamins, toilet paper, feminine hygiene products, toothpaste, etc. The circle has been giving to the Healing Eagle Clinic for more than two years.
