It is with great sadness to learn that Kevin passed away on May 18, 2026. He lived in Elkton, Virginia, with Faythe Lopez, who was his best friend and cared for him. He is survived by his mother, Eileen Harlow.

Kevin’s sister, Cheri, and father, Von Williams, passed before him. All three are together now.

Kevin suffered mental illness for years. He was 53. He loved dogs and cats. He was good at art and board games. He went to Gloucester High School and was in the ROTC.

He is truly at rest now. Service at Bethany Cemetery, Gloucester Point on Friday, July 3, 2026, at 11 a.m.
