A funeral service for Kevin Orlando Smith, 59, of Harrisonburg, will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 4, in Ebenezer Baptist Church, Cobbs Creek. He died July 30, 2016.

He was predeceased by his parents, Adrienne and Lloyd Smith of Mathews; his sisters, Linda and Patrice, and brother, Brian.

Survivors include a son, Brandon L. Ward; his sister, Tammy, and brothers, Ricky, Keith, Mitchell, Darryl, Dale and Grayling Smith.

Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
