A memorial service for Kenneth R. Sabin, 52, of Topping, will be held at 3 p.m. Thursday in New Hope Memorial Baptist Church, Shacklefords. He died March 16, 2016.

A Gloucester High School graduate, Sabin served as a helicopter mechanic when he was in the U.S Marines. He had been employed as an insulator with Urbanna Builders before his illness. 

Survivors include his wife, Cathy Sabin; four stepchildren; his son, and eight grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be made to the family to help with funeral expenses.
