Kenneth Dalton Ellis, 25, of Hayes, died unexpectedly April 20, 2018.

Dalton was a welder by trade, loved music and guitar playing, dirt bikes, being on the water and the New England Patriots. He loved his son and enjoyed time spent playing with him. He was big on family, had a heart of gold and was all about helping others. We loved Dalton with all our hearts and now he is at peace.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Sarah Ewing.

Dalton is survived by his soul mate, Whitney Bonniville, and son, Riley Ellis; father, Kenneth Mark Ellis; mother, Tracy Ewing; sisters, Tracy Green, Isabella Ewing and Jennifer Ewing; brother, Jacob Green, and maternal grandparents, Nancy and Eleazar Rodriguez.

Funeral service conducted by the Rev. Bill West will be at 2 p.m. Friday, April 27, 2018, at Hogg Funeral Home, Gloucester Point. Interment will follow in Rosewell Memorial Garden Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday, April 26 from 7-8:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
