On Jan. 22, 2016, Kenny passed away three days after his 64th birthday surrounded by family at his home in Winston-Salem, N.C., after a brief illness.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth and Meriam Rowe.

He is survived by his daughter, Texi Rowe; his loving companion of 21 years, Marie Parnell; brothers, Tim Rowe and Jimmie Rowe (Elizabeth); nieces, Michelle Bell (Ed), Shelby South (Mark) and families; an aunt, Gertrude Hurst, and numerous cousins.

Kenny never lost his passion for motorcycles, guitars, and good times with friends.

A celebration of life to be held at a later date.
