Shannon L. Kennedy of Gloucester, president of Rappahannock Community College, has been named to the Board of Trustees of the A.L. Philpott Manufacturing Extension Partnership, Gov. Ralph Northam announced Friday.
The partnership, doing business as Genedge Alliance, was established as a political subdivision of the state to help create and maintain industrial and manufacturing jobs.
