Robert Kelly, director of the Gloucester Museum of History, will give a talk next Thursday, Jan. 19, at Gloucester Library, Main Street Center. In the talk, which is scheduled to start at 6 o’clock, Kelly will discuss exhibits, programs and partnership opportunities at the museum.
