Kathleen “Kitty” S. Oswald, 68, of Gloucester, originally from Pennsylvania, passed away on Wednesday, Sept. 26, 2012, at Riverside West Point Convalescent Center.

Kathleen had been retired for several years and enjoyed spending time with her family. She was an avid crafter and enjoyed reading many books over the years. One of her favorite activities was reading the Bible. She will be dearly missed.

Her parents, Daniel and Laura Rothenberger; brothers, William Fasig, Stanley Fasig and John Fasig; sisters, Eva Schaffer, Florence Hieash and Dorothy Dease, preceded her in death.

She is survived by daughters, Allison Hogge and husband Jerry of Gloucester, Sherry Bryant and husband Darryl of Gloucester, and Kelly Giacomini and husband Jack of Fleetwood, Pa.; grandchildren, Laura Bryant of Gloucester, Cassandra Bryant of Gloucester, Staci Giacomini of Fleetwood, Pa., Jerred Hogge of Gloucester; great-grandchildren, Christopher Belvin and Daniel Bryant both of Gloucester; sisters, Mary Messersmith of Dry Ridge, Ky., Barbara Showers of Reading, Pa., Doris Wesner of Temple, Pa., Betty Beeman of Hartwood, Va.; brother, Francis Rothenberger of Laureldale, Pa., and a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

The family received friends Saturday, Sept. 29, 2012, from 7-8:30 p.m. at Hogg Funeral Home, Gloucester Point.
