Karen Gay Sibley Frasmer, 59, of Gloucester, Va., passed away on Monday, June 29, 2015, at her home.

She was a native of Gloucester, and a member of Petsworth Baptist Church. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother, and had a great love for all animals.

She is survived by her loving husband, Marven J. Frasmer Jr.; her children, Cindy Johnson and her husband Scott, and Wendy Cotterman; her parents, Wildon and Dorothy Sibley; her sister, Deborah S. Green and her husband Cary, and four grandchildren.

The family will receive friends at Andrews Funeral Home & Crematory on Friday, July 3, 2015, from 6:30-7:30 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, July 4, 2015, at 11 a.m. in Petsworth Baptist Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
