Julia Ann Brown, 84, born Aug. 6, 1936, of Gloucester, Va., passed away July 31, 2021. Julia enjoyed being a Girl Scout leader, camping, playing candy bar bingo, and word searches. She also enjoyed collecting old stamps and angels. Julia was known as Grandma to all the children.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Fletcher and Mattie Hudgins; her brothers, James, Edward and Hudson Hudgins, and a daughter, Theresa Brown.

Julia is survived by her children, Gene Brown (Doris), Juanita Davis (David) and Chris Brown (Lisa); grandchildren, Timothy Rivera, Julia White, Steven Davis, and Nathan and Emma Morris; a great-grandson, Braton Rivera, and many nieces and nephews that loved her dearly.

The family would like to thank Bay Aging, the Ward Family, and the Riverside Hospice team for all their loving care.
A private memorial service will be held at a late date.
