Joyce’s entire focus in life was caring for her family; most of us go through life as takers but our mother went through life as a giver. She never failed to help anyone in need, whether family, friend or stranger. She had a passion for and never missed an opportunity to go fishing. Someone wisely said, "the measure of a person is one who takes without forgetting and gives without remembering" and she lived by this motto daily.
