New Point Chapel will hold its “Journey to Bethlehem” event Friday and Saturday from 6-9 o’clock both nights at New Point Campground, 846 Sandbank Road.

The event will start inside the chapel for a community Christmas party. There will be light refreshments, hot chocolate and water available while people wait for their hayride to begin. When their ticketed time slot comes, attendees will be walked as a group to the hayride. The hayride will drive through the campground where the riders will get to experience a family’s Christmas Journey through Bethlehem with multiple scenes and music. The ride is approximately 20-25 minutes in length. Attendees will be able to warm up by a fire at the end.

The free tickets are available on the New Point Chapel Facebook page. Tickets are required to make sure the hayride does not overfill and wait times are kept to a minimum.
