John A. Ferrie Jr., 67, of Hayes, passed away on May 15, 2015.

He retired from the U.S. Army as a CW4.

He is survived by his son, John A. Ferrie III and his wife Melanie.

There will be a private graveside service at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date. 

Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
