JoAnne Shirley Hilliard, 75, of Salem, passed away Thursday, April 18, 2019, at her residence. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin Hilliard; son, David James Robinson.

She is survived by her children, Tammy Rucker, Donald Robinson, Joe Robinson, and John Robinson; sister, Ethel Graham; 15 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and her beloved pets, Prissy and Megan;

A private family service will be announced at a later date.
