Joan Y. Allen, 81, of Gloucester, passed away on Sunday, June 17, 2018.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert W. Allen.

She is survived by her daughters, Juanita Cheatham, Jody Townsend (Bobby), Kim Atkins (Bobby), and Kellie Andrews (Ross), and one son, Herbert Allen.

The family received friends on Wednesday, June 20, 2018, from 1-3 p.m. at Faulkner Funeral Homes, Foster-Faulkner Chapel, Mathews. A private family graveside service followed.
