Schley residents Wayne and Jenn Nuttall have opened Jenn’s Hair Salon on Gloucester’s Main Street. Jenn, who has been doing hair for 19 years at various local salons, said it has always been her dream to open her own place on Main Street.

Speaking of her husband, she said, “He’s been trying to get me in a shop for 10 years now; and I specifically wanted something on Main Street.”

She offers hair care for men, women and children. Her services also include eyebrow and lip waxing and up-dos. She currently does not offer coloring services.

She said walk-ins are welcome and she doesn’t require appointments to be seen. 

Jenn Nuttall is open Tuesdays and Wednesday from 9 a.m. until 6 p.m.; Thursdays from 10-7; Fridays from 9-7, and Saturdays from 9-1.

During the short time she’s been in business, she said she absolutely loves working on Main Street. “Now, everybody’s just got to find me,” she said. ...
