Jeffrey R. Foley, 63, of Gloucester, died at his home on Jan. 29, 2020.
Mr. Foley was a retired professional truck driver.
Survivors include his wife, Ruby Foley; three children, Jeremy Foley, Jamie Foley, Heather Leadbetter; mother, Venetia Coleman; brother, John Foley; sister, Venetia Pelafigue, and four grandchildren.
Services will be private.
Hogg Funeral Home, Gloucester Point, is in charge.
