Jeffrey Elliott Hogge, age 51, of Hayes, died suddenly on Saturday, May 17, 2025. Jeffrey was born on July 22, 1973 to Elliott Franklin Hogge and Sandra Penn Hogge. Jeffrey opened J.H. Construction in 1997. Jeffrey is survived by his mother, Sandra Hogge; significant other, Kelly Richards; children, Jeffrey Elliott Hogge Jr., Austin Hicks (Kimberly), Brittney Durham (Joe), Trevor Richards, Taylor Richards, Erika Wilmoth (Robert); and grandsons, Waylon and Willie Hicks. Jeffrey is also survived by his sister, Andrea Kinser (Ricky). Jeffrey loved the beach and surfing; however, he traded his boat for a golf cart. He also enjoyed gardening. The family will receive friends at Hogg Funeral Home on Thursday, May 22, 2025, from 5:30-7 p.m. The graveside service, conducted by Pastor Jared Berry, will be held at Rosewell Memorial Gardens Cemetery on Friday, May 23, 2025, at 11 a.m.
