Janice Smith Scott, 71, of Gloucester, died at her home on June 16, 2015.

She was born in New York and had resided in Gloucester for many years. She was a former secretary and bookkeeper for the Gloucester Moose Lodge. 

Survivors include daughter, Mary Ann Scott; son, Christopher Scott; sisters, Lynda Kellogg and Martha Williams; brother, Fred Smith, and two grandchildren.

Inurnment was private.
