A funeral service for James “Jizzy Pizz” Pollard of Hayes, will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 27 in Morning Glory Baptist Church, Woods Cross Roads. He died Oct. 19, 2018.

Survivors include his daughter, Angela Ottarson of Hampton; brother, David Pollard of Newport News, and sisters, Marilyn Pollard of Gloucester and Mary Pollard of Brooklyn, New York.

Burial will be in the church cemetery.
