Jack R. Sage, 79, of Hayes died May 3, 2015. Jack is survived by his wife, Barbara Sage; son, Justin Sage;  two stepdaughters, two stepsons, nine grandchildren, two brothers, and one sister.

Memorial service with military honors was held May 18, 2015 at Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery, Suffolk.

Arrangements were by Hogg Funeral Home and Crematory, Gloucester Point.
