‘It’s Right Here’ campaign seeks to promote Gloucester

The Gloucester Main Street Preservation Trust took the lead on a recent project that will help promote the county as a good place to live, work and play.

The marketing campaign, called “It’s Right Here,” cost approximately $12,000, said Jenny Crittenden, MSPT’s executive director. Other partners in the project were Gloucester Main Street Association, Gloucester Economic Development Authority, Gloucester County Tourism Department, and the Gloucester County Chamber of Commerce.

A marketing video and a packet of information and photographs of Gloucester try to sell the area, and the material also emphasizes how “Gloucester is the kind of place you just feel good coming home to.

“Surrounded by nature, informed by history and perfectly livable, Gloucester is a great place for families,” the packet said. Some selling points in the marketing campaign:
