The Middle Peninsula Fine Arts Association will continue its 2023 lecture series with an Introduction to Ikebana talk by Kate Cole at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday, March 16, at Arts on Main in Gloucester.

Cole will discuss Ikebana, the art of Japanese flower arrangement, with formal display according to strict rules, said a press release. The lecture is free and open to the public.

Additional lectures will include Botanical Illustration by Patrice Hobbs on April 20.
