InsideOut Yoga of White Stone is offering a six-week Movement Therapy series on Thursdays from 11 a.m. to noon beginning Oct. 7 and running through Nov. 11 at the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of the Rappahannock, White Stone.

The series will be led by Morgann Rose of Dance of a Rose LLC, former principal ballerina with the Washington Ballet. The cost of the six-week series is $90 and advance registration is required.
