IN LOVING MEMORY OF CAROL ANNE HENDLEY EUBANK

Carol Anne Hendley Eubank, lovingly known as “Boss” by those closest to her, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 15, 2025, at the age of 79. A lifelong resident of Gloucester and Middlesex counties, Carol Anne touched countless lives with her warmth, kindness, and generous spirit.

She began her career as a beautician before becoming a dedicated pharmacy technician, serving in several local pharmacies. Later, she found joy working as a ranger at Thousand Trails campground, where she retired. Carol Anne was a gifted seamstress who loved sewing, quilting, and crocheting, and she found deep fulfillment in preparing meals for friends and family, always sharing her love through her cooking.

Carol Anne was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Robert H. “Pee Wee” Eubank; her father, Emerson Holmes Hendley, and her mother, Sarah Brown Hendley. She is survived by her sons, Robert Thomas Eubank (Celeste) and Brian Keith Eubank (Amanda); her cherished granddaughter, Katelyn; her brothers, Ronald and Herbert Hendley, and her nephew, Robert “Bobby” Hendley, for whom she had a special affection.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, Aug. 2, 2025, at Lower King & Queen Baptist Church Cemetery, with arrangements by Andrews Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Carol Anne’s name to the Middlesex Volunteer Fire Department, P.O. Box 71, Urbanna, Va. 23175.

Carol Anne will be remembered for her generous heart and the many ways she made those around her feel special and loved.
