The identities of the three deceased victims of Saturday’s tornado were released this morning.

County spokesperson Christi Lewis said the people who lost their lives during the devastation are Periccis Gerasimos Koutsoumbinas 60, Richard Lynn Ingram, 53, and Cecil Wray Page Jr., 90, who suffered a medical emergency. Page’s death was not related to the storm damage, Lewis said.

In other news, Gov. Bob McDonnell toured the devastated areas of eastern Virginia by ground and air Monday morning. From there, he was scheduled to visit with residents affected by the tornado at the emergency shelter set up at Bellamy United Methodist Church.

Gloucester County Public Schools are closed today. Lewis said all school-based staff will report at 11 a.m. today, and all district staff reported on time.
