The Middle Peninsula Northern Neck Local Human Rights Committee will meet at 1 p.m. Monday at SOLA Inc.—The Valley, 9952 Friendship Road, off Burkes Pond Road, Gloucester. The group is charged with monitoring allegations of human rights violations involving providers of services that are operated, licensed or funded by the Virginia Department of Mental Health, Mental Retardation and Substance Abuse Services.
