The Middle Peninsula Northern Neck Local Human Rights Committee will meet at 1 p.m. Monday, Jan. 26, at the Gloucester Boys and Girls Club, Route 17, Hayes. The group is charged with monitoring allegations of human rights violations involving providers of services that are operated, licensed or funded by the Virginia Department of Mental Health, Mental Retardation and Substance Abuse Services.
