Howl-a-Palooza

Anticipating a lively and youthful “trick or treat” parade as part of the annual Mathews Memorial Library’s Howl-a-Palooza event, Mathews Main Street Committee invited shop owners in the village to “be ready to pass out candy” on Saturday. This annual event, along with other autumn activities, generally attracts many families to enjoy downtown Mathews. With several windows full of ghosts, The Gypsy’s Wagon, a consignment store at 302 Main Street in Mathews, more than met the challenge issued by the committee for a “spooky store front display” for the event.
