Howard E. Tucker III of North, died Feb. 28, 2021.

He was born November 12, 1935 in Washington, D.C., and served in the U.S. Marine Corps from 1954-1962. After attending Virginia Tech, he was employed as a general contractor and supervisor following his honorable discharge from the Marine Corps.

Survivors include his wife, Jean Tucker; children, Robin Tucker Joyce, Chris Tucker, and three grandchildren.
