Honoring vets

American Legion Auxiliary Unit 75, Gloucester, thanked the nation’s veterans for their service. On Nov. 8, the unit delivered goodie bags to Sanders and Walter Reed care facilities in Gloucester. On Friday, Gloucester House welcomed the unit to have lunch with their veterans. They handed out goodie bags and performed a flag-folding ceremony. After the Gloucester House visit, they took goodie bags to the Mathews Convalescent Center.
