Services and other activities in churches this week include the following:

Abingdon Episcopal

Abingdon Episcopal Church, White Marsh, will hold a Maundy Thursday service, with a requiem Mass setting by Gabriel Fauré, at 6 o’clock tonight.A Good Friday service begins at noon in the church. Stations of the Cross will be set up with prayers offered on the hour until 3 p.m.

On Easter, the Great Vigil will be at 6:30 a.m. An “Alleluia Dinner Theater” with talents from members of the church will be at 9 o’clock. The Celebratory Eucharist will be at 10:30, followed by an Easter egg hunt.

Antioch Baptist

The Rev. John A. Jones of Hartswell Baptist Church, Ottoman, will preach at the 11 a.m. Sunday service in Antioch Baptist Church, Susan. It will also be livestreamed on Facebook at weareantioch1869. A “Resurrection” breakfast will be held at 9:30.
