Holiday Blues-A-Palooza Saturday at Flat Iron

Flat Iron Crossroads is gearing up for its Holiday Blues-A-Palooza, to be held beginning at 7 p.m. Saturday at the entertainment venue on Flat Iron Road in Gloucester.

The program is the result of a special collaboration by The Nighthawks, Moonshine Society, Bobby BlackHat, and The Honey Larks. Doors open at 6 p.m. with food by Shore Bites food truck and drinks at the Flat Iron bar.

VIP tickets are limited and are on sale for $55. General admission tickets are $30. Children aged 10 and under are free of charge. Order tickets online at flatironcrossroads.com.

The bands

The Nighthawks celebrate their 50th anniversary this year with their latest release, “Established 1972.” On this landmark anniversary, the group’s founder, lead singer, and harpmaster Mark Wenner is still at the helm. Drummer Mark Stutso, guitarist Dan Hovey, and bassist Paul Pisciotta all share vocals and songwriting, “making this lineup the strongest ever,” said a press release.
