Mathews senior citizens are invited to participate in Ho Ho Bingo from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 12, at the Piankatank Ruritan Club at Hudgins.

This holiday social event is sponsored by Mathews County Triad and includes a hot lunch of soup, bread, dessert and drinks by local caterer Shelly Williams.

A door prize will be given to the winner of each game. Prizes range from heated throws to foot baths, and there will be a grand prize drawing for a $50 gift card to Dollar General.

There is no cost to attend, but those wishing to participate need to register by Dec. 5.

A registration slip is included in this newspaper. It can be dropped off at Mathews Social Services on Church Street, the Mathews County Senior Center or the Mathews County Sheriff’s Office at Liberty Square on Buckley Hall Road. It can also be mailed to Triad, P.O. Box 185, Mathews, Va. 23109.
