A daylong workshop explaining tax credits and other benefits available to owners of properties with historic preservation easements will be held on Tuesday at Mathews Memorial Library.

The free workshop, sponsored by Preservation Mathews, Inc., will start at 10:30 a.m. and last until about 3:30 p.m. A light lunch will be provided. Experts from the Virginia Department of Historic Resources and Preservation Virginia will deliver presentations. No RSVP is required.
