Historic Christ Church to host VA250 History Day on June 27

Historic Christ Church & Museum in Weems will welcome visitors of all ages to VA250 History Day from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. next Saturday, June 27. This free event will celebrate the 250th anniversary of the nation’s independence with immersive exhibitions, living history, children’s activities, local history booths, food trucks, and tours of one of Virginia’s most remarkable colonial landmarks. The one-day event invites guests to step into Virginia’s Revolutionary-era story through a wide variety of hands-on experiences.
