Hearing Tuesday on sign placement of Gloucester Point business

The Gloucester County Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing at 7 p.m. Tuesday in the colonial courthouse to consider an appeal for placement of a sign to advertise a Gloucester Point business.

Andrew Erickson for LZD Investments, doing business as The Vault, tenant, has sought an appeal to allow a freestanding sign for The Vault, which a notice said was erected on the subject property without a zoning permit. Infinity Development, Inc., was listed as the property owner.

The Vault’s website described the business as a vape and hookah store. The subject property is located at 1720 George Washington Memorial Highway, near Winter Sound Music Store and the Pizza Hut restaurant; the property lies in the Gloucester Point Magisterial District and is zoned Business (B-1).
