The Mathews Board of Supervisors and Mathews Planning Commission will hold a joint public hearing at 7 p.m. Tuesday on a proposed amendment to the zoning ordinance governing the establishment of sailing clubs in the B-1 zoning district.
Planning and zoning director John Shaw has proposed adding "canoe, kayak, rowing and related motorless watercraft" to the by-right uses allowed.
