The Mathews County Planning Commission and the Mathews County Board of Supervisors will hold a joint public hearing at 7 p.m. Tuesday in the historic courthouse on Court Street.
The public hearing is for a request by Michael Hux of Mathews to rezone three parcels on East River Road in Bohannon from Rural to Business-2 so that he can lease the property for business purposes.
In addition, the planning commission will hold a special work session on the comprehensive plan at 7 p.m. next Thursday, July 21, in the historic courthouse. ...
