Shepherdsville Baptist Church, 8729 Farys Mill Road, Gloucester, will host a health forum, “I Can Be Healthier—One Step at a Time,” from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday.
Dr. Harold Jones of Gloucester will be the program’s guest speaker. Other presenters include Brenda Dixon, RN, nutritionist Donna Banach, and educator Carolyn Lemon.
Light refreshments will be served and door prizes given out. Information will be available and those attending are invited to play Health Jeopardy.
