Claude Moore Opportunities, a statewide nonprofit focused on health care workforce development, is accepting applications for scholarships to support Fredericksburg, Northern Neck and Middle Peninsula area students pursuing health care careers through the Virginia Community College System. Interested VCCS students can apply for a regional scholarship by visiting cm-opportunities.org. Claude Moore and local partners are funding up to three $2,500 scholarships to support students in the region as part of the Virginia Partnership for Health Science Careers, a statewide network of regional health care workforce development partnerships organized by Claude Moore.
