HAZEL FOSTER MOREL

Hazel Foster Morel, 86, of Gloucester, passed away on Friday, Nov. 20, 2015, at her home.

She was born in Huntington, N.Y., and was the daughter of the late Samuel and Susie Foster, and the widow of Bradford B. Morel.

She was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Gloucester, and was a volunteer for the Salvation Army for over 10 years.

She is survived by her sister-in-law, Shirley Foster; 12 nieces and nephews, and numerous great- and great-great-nieces and -nephews.

The family received friends on Monday, Nov. 23, 2015, from 6:30-8 p.m. A memorial service was held on Tuesday, Nov. 24, 2015 at 1 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church by the Rev. Dr. Douglas Nagel.

Memorial donations may be made to First Presbyterian Church, Gloucester, Va. or to Gloucester Volunteer Fire and Rescue.

Andrews Funeral Home & Crematory, Gloucester, was in charge of arrangements.
