Hayes law firm’s annual Fall Coat Drive is underway

The annual Fall Coat Drive held by GibsonSingleton Virginia Injury Attorneys is underway.

Between now and Dec. 22, the attorneys invite the public to drop off new or used coats from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday at their office, 4703 George Washington Memorial Highway, Hayes.

The firm is working with the Salvation Army, the Gloucester United Emergency Shelter Team (GUEST), and the Hampton Veterans Administration Medical Center to distribute coats to people in need in the community.

All who donate a coat will receive a free car phone charger, ice scraper, or Christmas ornament. Donors can also register for drawings to win a road safety kit or a CD from The Ballast Band. Drawings will be held throughout the drive. Groups or individuals who donate 10 or more coats will receive special recognition, a release noted.
