Mathews High School senior Sterling Ray Hudgins was a recipient of this year’s Harvard Alumni Association Harvard Prize Book. The award is given out annually to the top-performing students in nearly 1,000 high schools from around the world. A reception was held Saturday at the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts in Richmond to honor Hudgins and the other Virginia recipients, with the group given a guided tour of the museum.
