Harry G. Lockley, 72, of Baltimore, Maryland, died on February 13, 2026.

He was a native of Gloucester County.

The funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, February 28 at Zion Hill Baptist Church, Gloucester. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The viewing will be two hours prior to the service.
